After retiring from a career as a university music professor and arts administrator, in addition to music-related services I’m focusing on sharing arts that help bring wellness and good health to the community. I hold a PhD in music theory from Indiana University, as well as teaching certifications in Tai Chi and Qigong. My approach to breath work comes about from years of experience in Tai Chi, Qigong, choral singing, music theory (which is all about the vibrations, after all…), and to a smaller degree, Yoga.
